
Ever since I was a kid, I've always heard that a good day starts with a solid breakfast. I used to believe that, but somewhere along the way I stopped, and I can now say with a high degree of certainty that it's not true for me at this point. Why should I force-feed myself if I'm not hungry?
And too all my doubters, check out this New York Times article from last month, Sorry, There's Nothing Magical About Breakfast. It's nice to finally have some support from a well respected source.
